Some dogs seized in northern Iowa cleared for adoption

WORTH COUNTY, Iowa- The ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) says a number of dogs taken from a northern Iowa breeder last week, have now been placed in several shelters, and will go up for adoption.

Some dogs are still undergoing veterinary care before being placed.

The dogs have gone to the Cedar Bend Humane Society in Waterloo, the Humane Society of North Iowa in Mason City, as well as shelters in Omaha, Nebraska and Wichita, Kansas.
