CLIVE, Iowa- Clive Police say last (Tuesday) night, after 11 o'clock vandals used rocks to break windows in a house and about a dozen cars in the Indian Hills neighborhood.
Police say a witness saw two suspects, one in a red hoodie and one in a blue and black hoodie, running away, south of 99th Court and Lincoln Avenue.
