OTTUMWA, Iowa- Police in Ottumwa are looking for a missing man. Police say 80-year old Byron Winston left a home Thursday in a red 2007 Chrysler Town & Country minivan, with Iowa plates HIL 736.
Police say Winston is 5'11 and 200 pounds and is endangered due to medical conditions, and they're asking anyone who sees him to contact Ottumwa police or their local law enforcement agency.
