ALTOONA, Iowa- Police were called to the Altoona Target store before Noon this (Tuesday) morning because of a threat. Channel 13 WHO-TV reports customers have been evacuated to a nearby restaurant and the Des Moines Police Department's bomb squad has been called to the store at 3414 8th Street SW in Altoona.
