URBANDALE, Iowa- A Johnston teen is facing charges related to the accidental shooting death of a 20-year old in Urbandale.
Police say 19-year-old Kyle McGhghy is facing weapons and drug charges. He's been arrested and taken to the Polk County Jail.
McGhghy is charged with Carrying Weapons, Possession of Marijuana, and Providing a weapon to a person under 21 years old.
Twenty-year-old Anthony Taylor was found dead of an accidental, self-inflicted gunshot wound last Sunday night, at an Urbandale home at 4022 70th Street.
