POLK COUNTY, Iowa - A Grimes man is accused of abusing kittens.
Police say twenty-two-year-old Tylor Nokes was arrested on Wednesday and charged with two counts of animal neglect causing serious injury.
Two kittens were brought to the Animal Rescue League and both had head trauma.
One couldn't walk and the other could hardly open its eyes due to facial swelling.
Both kittens are expected to fully recover.
