Man on escape status from Cedar Rapids work release

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa-  Corrections officials are looking for a convict, who failed to return to the Larry A. Nelson Residential Center in Cedar Rapids Friday night. 

Darius Davison was convicted of Intimidation with a Dangerous Weapon and Carrying Weapons in Johnson County.

He was admitted to the work release facility November 1st.  More on this at WHO Radio.com.

Corrections officials say Davison is a 22-year-old black male, height 5'8", and weighs 167 pounds.

Persons with information on Davison's whereabouts should contact local police.
