Is it possible that we've been missing out on a hidden feature of McDonald's French fry boxes for our entire lives? It appears that the carton which holds the “World’s famous fries” might have been hiding a secret this whole time, a place for your dipping sauce.
Someone on Twitter just posted that the cardboard flap on the top of the box has an actual functional purpose. You're supposed to fold it back and use it as a place to put your ketchup or sauces.
The innovative use of cardboard as a holder for dipping sauces blew away people on Twitter.
Not everyone was on board, though: I saw tweets that said that the use of the flap would inevitably result in ketchup being flicked onto your shirt. But that's avoidable, right?
