Bill Raine with Relay Iowa joined Van and Bonnie in the studio this morning to talk about their 10th year of running across the state of Iowa for charity. They started as a way to raise money for an orphanage in South Africa called Restoring Hope International, but have grown to give to many Iowa charities along the way. They start in Sioux City to Ida Grove, to Waterloo and on to Dubuque. It's the world's longest relay of its kind at 339 miles. They have had as many as 45 teams, but with this being their 10th anniversary, they would really love to hit 50 teams! The relay starts on June 7th and ends June 9th.
