Woodbury Co. Iowa -- Two people were seriously injured in boating accident Saturday in northwest Iowa. The Department of Natural Resources says it happened at Brown's Lake in Woodbury County. Adreanna Hamman, 17, of Sioux City, and B.J. Baker, 39, of Lawton were on a tube being pulled behind a boat driven by Nicole Baker, 29, when the tube hit a stationary boat. The DNR says alcohol and drugs were not a factor, and the tubers were wearing personal flotation devices when the crash occurred. Charges are pending.
