Five men to be sentenced on charges related to eastern Iowa shooting

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - Five men face sentencing today in connection to a deadly shooting in Coggon, in Eastern Iowa.

Police say 20-year-old Dylan Plotz was shot and killed while trying to steal marijuana from some men in February 2017.

But the men were not charged for Plotz's death, but rather conspiracy to distribute marijuana and other charges.

The men to be sentenced include Chase Zerba, Tyler Clemens, Cameron Klouda, Kordell Jones and Dillon Beener, who does not have a picture available.

KCRG TV 9 report more details on the case are expected later Monday.
