DES MOINES, Iowa - A motorcyclist from Iowa was killed after hitting an SUV stuck in traffic on Highway 75 in Omaha.
Police say 49-year-old Vernon Hunter of Sioux City hit a Honda CRV with his Harley-Davidson, bounced off the back of the car and was then hit by a school bus.
Omaha police say the accident shut down the highway for several hours Monday night.
6 News reports two other drivers and students on the bus were not injured.
