FREE Des Moines Radio Amateurs' Field Day at Ft. Des Moines Museum

Tom Weaver of the Des Moines Radio Amateurs' Assoc. and Matthew Harvey, Director of the Fort Des Moines Museum & Education Center, joined Bonnie and Jeff in the WHO Radio Studios this morning. This Saturday and Sunday, June 22nd and June 23rd, marks the first time the "Field Day" event has been held in the Des Moines city limits. You are invited FREE of charge to enjoy the museum and learn more about amateur radio. There will even be FREE BURGERS! They invite you to come out and talk with people all over the world on HAM Radio! The Fort Des Moines Museum is located at 75 E. Army Post Road.
