Maestro Joseph Giunta of the Des Moines Symphony joined Bonnie and Jeff Angelo in the WHO Radio studio this morning to talk about the Yankee Doodle Pops Concert this evening as well as the new Water Works Pops Concerts coming up in Water Works Park at the new Lauridsen Amphitheater on Sunday, July 14th and Sunday, July 28th, both at 7:30PM. These concerts are all free to attend. The July 14th performance features Renee Elise Goldsberry, winner of the 2016 Best Featured Actress Tony Award for her portrayal in Hamilton.
