CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - A funnel cloud was reported from people in several communities northwest of Cedar Rapids Sunday night, leading the National Weather Service to issue a Tornado Warning. The funnel never touched the ground.
More storms are likely across Iowa Monday, starting in the West in the morning, and moving East across the state throughout the day.
Damaging winds are the greatest threat but locally heavy rain is also expected, with one to two inches per hour possible at times.
