MANCHESTER, Iowa -- A man's been arrested in a cemetery vandalism case in Eastern Iowa.
The Delaware County Sheriff's Department confirms that Manchester police have charged 26-year-old Malachi Montes with first-degree felony charge of criminal mischief. He's being held in the county jail.
More than 29 headstones are reported damaged or broken. It'll cost an estimated $24-thousand dollars to fix or replace them.
