Pole Position Raceway in Grimes will be trying to set a new world record for the farthest distance traveled by an electric Go Kart in 24 hours for the Guinness World Record Book starting on Sunday night at 8:00 and lasting thru Monday night at 8:00. The Guinness people will be there to verify. The event is open to the public and will culminate on Monday evening with $10 racing from 8-10PM for the public.
