COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa - A 69 year old Council Bluffs man is sentenced to just over 3 years in prison for Travel with Intent to Engage in Sexual Conduct. Richard Massey will also have to serve five years of supervised release when he is released from prison.
WOWT 6 News in Omaha states the investigation started when a 17 year old Omaha girl came forward with information that she was having a relationship with Massey in November of 2018. The investigation dug into Massey's email and Facebook account that showed he was having several other relationships with girls in other countries.
Massey was arrested in November of 2018 while getting off a plane in Texas arriving from Mexico.
