Jen Fletcher of Des Moines Parks and Rec joined Van and Bonnie in the WHO Radio Studio this morning to talk about Wreaths Across America. Historic Woodland Cemetery has been selected as an official location for the national "Wreaths Across America" program. Support is needed to fund over 600 wreaths placed to remember and honor our veterans on "National Wreaths Across America Day" December 14th. Wreaths are $15.00 each and can be purchased at www.desmoinesparks.org, click on the "search" tab and fill in "cemeteries" and then go down and click on Wreaths Across America and click on the "donate" button.
