A teenager from Madrid, Iowa was killed and three others hurt after a car-semi crash Monday in Hardin County.
According to the Iowa State Patrol, the crash happened around 12:45 p.m. Troopers say 20-year-old Jayden Moore was heading south on Highway S27 when his car collided with a semi.
The patrol says 17 year old Noah Moore was a passenger in the car and was not wearing his seat belt . He died at the scene. Investigators say Jayden Moore and 17 year old Elijah Moore were injured in the crash along with the semi driver, 61 year old Keith Hinders of Eldora.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
