A new study ranks Clive as the best city in Iowa to live in.
That's according to "HomeSnacks", which uses the census, FBI data, Open Street Maps and numerous other sources to rate cities, counties and neighborhoods across the country.
The top three cities in Iowa - Clive, Urbandale and Waukee - are in the Des Moines metro area.
Other cities in the top 10 include Sioux Cener, Bettendorf and North Liberty.
The city of Des Moines is ranked as the 10th worst place to live by Home Snacks.
The FBI has criticized the usage of its statistics in ranking municipalities as creating an incomplete picture.
The FBI website say "Data users should not rank locales because there are many factors that cause the nature and type of crime to vary from place to place. UCR statistics include only jurisdictional population figures along with reported crime, clearance, or arrest data. Rankings ignore the uniqueness of each locale."
