OMAHA/Council Bluffs - A manhunt is underway for a man who carjacked a person and then robbed Tractor Supply in Council Bluffs on Monday afternoon.
6 News reports that Council Bluffs Police say the man took an SUV from the parking lot at Heartland Christian School, across the street from the store. The suspect then drove into Omaha and ditched the car at 9th and Fredrick. Bancroft Elementary School was in lockout during the search.
Omaha Police had dogs out searching for the man and the police helicopter was searching by air.
