DES MOINES, Iowa - The family of a missing Des Moines teenager is struggling after a month of continued searching.
Eighteen-year-old Abdullahi "Abdi"Sharif was last seen nearly a month ago inside Target at Merle Hay Mall where he worked for nearly two-years.
His family is asking for privacy but request people with information contact State Representative Ako Abdul-Samad from Creative Visions who are helping at this time. Des Moines police are still following leads and reviewing existing evidence.
Abdi is 5'4" in height, and weighing 120 lbs.
He was last seen wearing a dark-colored winter coat, khaki-colored pants, and tennis shoes.
Anyone with any information about Abdi's location, or anyone who believes they have seen him, is asked to call 911.
