MADISON COUNTY, Iowa -- A motorcyclist is dead from a crash on Sunday in Madison County.
The Iowa State Patrol says 68-year-old Kim Ferry of Earlham died in the crash that happened west of Peru just before 11:30 am.
Ferry was riding a motorcycle northbound on Clark Tower Road when a southbound pickup truck driven by 56-year-old Ricky Kimmel of Peru failed to yield when turning east onto Peru Road.
The two vehicles crashed, leading to Ferry's fatal injuries.
The State Patrol is still investigating the collision.
