DES MOINES, Iowa - Rock bands Styx and special guest Tesla have been announced for a concert at the Iowa State Fair this summer.
The bands will perform at the Kum & Go Stage at 8 p.m. August 19th.
Styx was a mainstay of rock and pop radio in the 1970's and early 1980's, and is known hit sings such as "Lady," "Lorelei," "The Grand Illusion," and "Come Sail Away."
Tesla established itself as a heavy metal band in the the mid 1980's. They've sold 14 million albums in the U.S.
