DES MOINES, Iowa -- There's more coronavirus testing and monitoring in Iowa.

The Iowa Department of Public Health now says 17 people have been tested for coronavirus--15 of those tests are negative. The remaining two test results are pending.

Public Health says 11 people are being monitored. They've not shown symptoms as yet. Since January 40 people in Iowa have now been cleared of coronavirus.

The state says it's now asking people who've recently been to China, Hong Kong, Iran, Italy, and South Korea--all hit hard by coronavirus-- to self-quarantine for two weeks.
