Two arrested after Fort Dodge drug investigation

FORT DODGE, Iowa- The Webster County Drug Task Force has arrested two individuals after a lengthy narcotics investigation. Officers executed a search warrant today (Wednesday) at 1437 S. 27th Street Fort Dodge and found numerous types of suspected narcotics including methamphetamine, marijuana, and synthetic marijuana. Officers also found other narcotic related items and cash.

Those arrested include:

23-year-old Otis L. Foy of Fort Dodge, who is charged with two counts of Possession with Intent to Distribute Less than Five Grams of Meth. Foy also has unlrelated active warrants for Parole Violation and Voluntary Absence from Custody.

19-year-old Tyraius McElroy of Fort Dodge is charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana, and Possession with Intent to Distribute Synthetic Marijuana.

A juvenile female was also arrested and charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute both Marijuana and Synthetic Marijuana. Her case has been referred to Juvenile Court Services.
