ANKENY, Iowa - An Ankeny woman faces felony child endangerment charges.
Police arrested 28-year-old Breanna Henderson at about 3 a.m. Sunday for child endangerment through bodily injury after a report that her non-mobile infant child had scratches and bruises on his body. The police report said the child received the injuries between noon and 9 p.m. on March 10th.
The injuries were listed as "non-accidental trauma." A no contact order has been issued for the child.
