A Cedar Rapids woman who was shot last week claims she's being evicted from her apartment.
Police say Keonna Smith was shot by her friend's boyfriend on May 1st. Smith's friend, Asia Grace, and her unborn child were killed in the shooting.
Johnnie Osborne was arrested and is charged with murder. KCRG-TV9 reports Smith recently got an eviction letter from Eagle Property Management, saying she's a danger to other tenants.
The Linn County Sheriff's Office says a judge will have to make a ruling on the eviction.
