The victim in Monday evening's homicide in Pella has been identified, and a suspect has been arrested.
46-year old Tracy Mondabough was found injured by Pella police officers inside a vehicle on Monday night. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The same night, officers arrested 55-year old Michelle Boat for violation of a no-contact order. She was transported to the Marion County jail. Her charges were amended to 1st degree murder on Tuesday.
Boat is in the Marion County Jail on $2 million dollars bond.
