DES MOINES, Iowa - An Iowa county is on a FEMA list of the top 10 counties in the nation with growing cases of COVID-19 in the past two weeks.
ABC News reports Buena Vista County in northwest Iowa is number seven on the list, which is based the increase in cases per 100,000 people.
Buena Vista has the highest such count in the state, 3,820 per 100,000.
In most of FEMA's top 10 counties, there's been a spike in testing.
Storm Lake in Buean Vista County has one of the state's "Test Iowa" sites.
It's also home to two meatpacking plants, which have experienced COVID-19 outbreaks across the state.
According to ABC News, some of the cases in the counties were going uncounted, but the increase comes after migrant farm workers were tested.
