DES MOINES, Iowa - A 15-year-old girl is charged with first degree murder.
Des Moines police say she's charged with the death of 37-year-old Zachary Brooks.
Officers found Brooks dead inside a home on Evergreen Avenue Monday when they were investigating a possible suicide.
Police began a homicide investigation yesterday after they determined Brooks manner of death did not appear to be suicide.
