DES MOINES, Iowa - The organizers of the cancelled RAGBRAI bicycle ride are now planning to stage a shortened ride in October.
They've scheduled the two-and-a-half day "Great Fall Ride" for October 2nd, 3rd and 4th and specified Iowa Falls in an announcement.
Organizers say they'll release more information on the new ride on July 25th.
The week long annual RAGBRAI ride set for late July was cancelled this year over COVID-19 concerns. The next RAGBRAI is now scheduled for July 25th through July 31st, 2021.
