Waterloo Schools has released its "Return-to-Learn" plan for the fall semester.
The district plans on starting the school year August 24th with in-person instruction.
Face masks or coverings will be required for staff and students, plastic desk shields will be used, and social distancing will be in place as much as possible.
Parents may also choose virtual learning with this plan.
