50-thousand people who requested an absentee ballot in Linn County will have to ask again.
A judge ruled with President Trump's motion stating that Linn County Auditor Joel Miller overstepped his authority by pre-filling ballots with voters’ personal information.
Miller said in a press release those 50-thousand who already turned in request forms will be receiving new ones that are blank.
