NORWALK, Iowa - More Iowa school districts are reporting that staff and some students are in quarantine after positive tests for COVID-19.
An Oviatt elementary school staff member in Norwalk is in quarantine, and the school district says it's conducting contact tracing to determine who was in contact with the teacher, and Oviatt Elementary is temporarily closed.
The district also reports individual students, one in high school and one in middle school, who have tested positive. Both schools are staying open for now, with some students in quarantine.
The Winterset Community School District is announcing two staff members have tested positive for the virus. No schools are being shut down yet, and the district says it's conducting thorough contact tracing.
