(Des Moines, IA) -- A man is on escape status from the Davenport Work Release Center. Corrections officials are looking for 30-year-old Roy Phillips, a Habitual Offender from Scott County, who failed to return to the center this (Tuesday) morning.
Phillips is a 30-year-old black male, height 5'8", and weighs 150 pounds. He was admitted to the work release facility on April 1, 2020.
Anyone who knows Phillips location is asked to contact Police.
