Purdue Coach Tests Positive for COVID-19 Ahead of Opener Against Hawkeyes

WEST LAFAYETTE, Indiana - Purdue football coach Jeff Brohm has tested positive for COVID-19 ahead of next Saturday's game against the University of Iowa.

The result came from a daily antigen test, and results from a PCR test are expected Monday.

Brohm is currently at home in isolation. The Big Ten football schedule starts Saturday, including the Iowa-Purdue game at Ross-Ade Stadium in West Lafayette.

Brohm is scheduled to hold a weekly press conference Monday through Zoom.
