IOWA CITY, Iowa - A labor Union representing healthcare workers at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics want the state to "step up" efforts to fight COVID-19.
The SEIU UIHC-Chapter and AFSCME are asking for more resources, including personal protective equipment.
The unions are want Governor Kim Reynolds and state lawmakers to promise that Iowa patients with the virus will be their number one priority.
