(Musactine, IA) -- Muscatine's water tower was among 12 finalists in a national competition.
Nearly 300-water tanks were nominated for the award and more than 23-thousand people voted online for their favorites. The winner was a sea-scape-painted water-tower in Destin, Florida.
All the finalists will be featured in a calendar put together by the Tnemec Company.
A water tower from Cumming near Des Moines also made the list of twelve.
