The purchase means Bucky's will start offering Casey's well-known pizza. Casey's bills itself as the fourth-largest convenience store and fifth-largest pizza chain in the country.
The purchase will bring Casey's footprint to roughly 2,300 stores across at least 16 midwestern states.
Ankeny-based Casey introduced a new logo last month that no longer includes the words "General Store". It's been in business since the late 1960's.
