Cedar Rapids to Start Final Round to Pickup Nonorganic Storm Debris

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - The city of Cedar Rapids is starting a final round to pick-up nonorganic storm debris such as shingles, fences and siding.

The pick-up begins Sunday with crews going through the entire city to pick-uo any remaining debris piles that have not been reached.

Residents are being advised to have all storm damaged debris to the curb by early Sunday morning.

The city says tree debris removal will continue until a reasonable cut-off date is determined.
