Des Moines Area Community College is making some changes to its spring semester schedule that includes cancelling Spring Break.
It's the first time in school history that DMACC won't have Spring Break on the schedule.
Spring Classes will now start about one week later, on January 19th, 2021. The semester will end on the originally scheduled day of May 6th.
DMACC president Rob Denson said "protecting the students, faculty, staff, and our communities in the college's top priority".
