(Union County, IA) -- The Iowa State Patrol says a teen is dead after an early morning crash in southern Iowa's Union County. The ISP says around 545 a.m. this (Tuesday) morning, a 1998 Jeep Wrangler driven by 18-year-old Alexis Rounds of Creston crossed the center line of Highway 34, just west of Creston. The vehicle collided with an oncoming semi, driven by 64-year-old Gregory Powell of Diagonal, Iowa.
