(Urbandale, IA) -- An Urbandale man is accused in his wife's death. Urbandale police say 35-year-old Dustin Sample is accused in the death of 29-year-old Mary Sample. He's facing a First Degree Murder charge, and is being held in the Polk County Jail. Mary Sample was found with head trauma Saturday night.
Police were called to 4205 9th Street at 6:45 p.m. Saturday, because of a report of a medical emergency.
Officers found a woman with head trauma. She died at the scene. This death is being investigated as a homicide.
Officers arrested Dustin Sample December 13th.
