OMAHA, Nebraska -- A Wind Chill Warning is in effect until noon tomorrow.
The National Weather Service says temperatures could dip down to 40-below-zero across the state.
They say frostbite can occur in less than 10-minutes from exposure.
Temperatures could be as low as 35-below in Omaha early tomorrow morning.
