OMAHA, Nebraska -- A Wind Chill Warning is in effect until noon today.
The National Weather Service says wind chills will be the coldest this morning with forecast temperatures 25-to-40-degrees below zero.
They say warmer days are ahead with temperatures in the mid-30s by Saturday and Sunday.
Yesterday's afternoon forecast was the coldest since February 1996 in Omaha.
The forecast high was four-below, the coldest high in 25 years.
