DES MOINES, Iowa -- Iowa's gasoline prices continue to go up.
Triple A says Iowa's average price for regular unleaded is $2.71 a gallon--that's a dime more than last week, and $.38 more than a month ago.
Iowa's average is just a penny less than the national average of $2.72 a gallon.
Triple A says crude oil prices are going up, and it's taking longer than expected to restart southern refineries knocked out by last month's winter storm.
A handful of counties have Iowa's cheapest gas at $2.59 a gallon.
The most expensive gas is in Dallas County, at $2.81 a gallon
