Iowa's gas prices continue to fall

Des Moines, IA -- Iowa gas prices continue to fall.

Triple A says a gallon of regular unleaded in the state now averages $2.77--$.03 cheaper than a week ago, but is still $.06 more than a month ago.

They say increasing supply is putting downward pressure on pump prices, and is helping offset rising demand for gasoline.

Nationally, that gallon of regular unleaded is averaging $2.86--that's $.02 below last week's average price, but $.15 more than a month ago.
