Johnston Woman Faces Multiple Theft Charges

(Urbandale, Iowa) -- A Johnston woman is facing multiple charges after allegedly stealing roughly, $130,555 from her employer over the course of two months.

Urbandale Police say Jessica Samuelson was working for an Urbandale pet supply business when she stole checks from the business and forged the owner's signature on them. She's also accused of using the owner's credit card. Police say the theft took place between December of 2020 and January of 2021.

Samuelson faces more than a dozen charges.
